FREE Sale-a-Bration Set

Hi! Sale-a-bration is going on now and this is one of the sets/matching dies that you can get for FREEE. It's caled Lovely Lily Pad. Not a set that I normally would pick, but it was free so...

I searched around for some card ideas and I found 2 that I liked (made by Windy Ellard and Lauren Alarid) and sort of merged them.  I embossed the lily in copper and then watercolored it. I flicked my gold Wink of Stella to make those gold ink spots on the vellum.  It turned out great!

Enjoy the rest of your day! Happy stamping!!

My First OnStage

Hi! It's been a long time since I've posted. Life is busy these days. I'll try to be better. Honestly, what frusterates me the most with this blog is taking pictures of my finished cards. I never like how they turn out and then I get annoyed and give up. Oh well!

In November, I attended my first OnStage in Portland with my fellow Stampin' Up! friends. It was an all day event. I came home with some free product which made it even better. Overall, it was a fun day.

These two cards are ones we made for our make-n-takes. I got one (or maybe both) of the sets for free. And maybe the tulip punch too. I can't remember. Anyway, we made these at one of my card classes.

This set uses the Timeless Tulips stamp set and the Tulip Builder Punch.

Painted Poppies is the set we used to make this card. It comes in a suite with matching DSP, dies, sequins, and accents. At first, I wasn't sure if this set would have made my wish list, but then I saw the paper and I was in love. It's so pretty. I'll be using this one again! Happy Stamping!
