Getaway with the girls

Some fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrators and I went to the coast a couple weekends ago to have a few days of nothing but crafting.  It was so much fun.  I loved being able to just sit and work and not have distractions around me.  Each of us planned a card for the others to make.  I wasn't too thrilled with mine, but as we were putting it together we changed it up a bit...cutting out the wing and placing a dimensional to make it pop, adding some bling to the eye, and using the scallop punch to make the flower not so blah.  It turned out great!

The flap of the card is tucked behind the bird.
