Workshop

The weather has been so nice, who wants to be inside? Me and the kids went to the zoo today and got to enjoy the sunshine. Now they are napping and I have time to update my blog...wish I was napping.

I have a workshop planned for this Saturday and these are the cards we are making.

I love these File Folder cards. I've seen them everywhere and finally decided to make one. I think they would be perfect for a teacher or someone who is super organized, not me.

I included a Whisper White insert so you can include a note. The Bakers Twine is tied around the card to keep it closed.

These cards very popular right now. I used the Scallop Tag Topper Punch for the closure part. I thought any mother would LOVE to get this card for Mother's Day.

I positioned the sentiment just over the hole where the ribbon goes so you can't see it.

My friend/fellow demonstrator, Heidi Boos, gave me this card for my birthday and I loved it. Everything about it. I copied it exactly, because you can't mess with perfection, but I used different DSP, ink colors, and ribbon color. It's almost as cute as hers.
